We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist with data management knowledge. This role will focus on support however will also include some work on projects.
Key Skills:
- Hands on expertise in AutoCAD, Inventor or SolidWorks
- Powershell scripting expertise
- High level of knowledge in data management
- Experience in support
Role Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve user-reported software issues. Key software includes our own software, AutoCAD, Vault, and others.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software functionality, user access, data sync, and integrations with third-party systems
- Log and track issues
- Assist with onboarding, training, and configuration for new users and customers.
- Provide feedback to the engineering teams based on customer insights and recurring issues.
- Assist technical team on large projects including software implementation, integration, automation, and more.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
