ABOUT THE BRANCH
The Human Resources (HR) Branch at Finance manages a range of functions supporting the department’s business operations and the workforce. We provide strategic and operational HR policy advice and services across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, entry level programs, SES Unit, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, work health and safety, workplace rehabilitation and case management support. We also provide strategic recommendations to our Executive Board and Committees through our Workforce strategy, planning and reporting and analytics.
The HR Branch is looking for a new APS 6 HR advisers to join our team. We have immediate vacancies in Recruitment, Workforce Reporting and Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion, and Case management. The successful candidates will work amongst amazing HR professionals delivering outcomes for both Finance and the whole of the APS.
