Morin and Son Trees Services is a family owned and run business which has been operating since 1975. We are seeking an experienced Arborist to join our professional and dedicated team.

As an arborist, your duties will include:
· Trimming and pruning trees, shrubs, and other woody plants for residential and commercial clients
· Using ropes, harnesses, and ladders, and using hands and power tools to remove branches
· Preventing infestations and pest-related issues by applying pesticides to trees and shrubs
· Maintaining soil conditions and testing the soil’s acidity to make sure it is within an acceptable range for the tree type
· Maintaining records of work performed
· Maintaining of various items of equipment
Ideal applicants will possess the following:
· Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture or other relevant Qualification(s)
· Minimum three years of relevant work experience
· Experience in tree removal and high-quality pruning is a must
· Current MR Truck Licence
· Current Driving Licence and reliable transport
· EWP High Risk Licence
· Current Police Clearance
· Ability to climb with harness and ropes if necessary
· High level of physical fitness and motivation
· High regard for safety
· Good Customer Service skills
· Honesty
· Must be reliable and punctual
· Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday work, with a base annual salary of $84,968.00.
