Job Description
- Lead a portfolio of 12+ venues across metro and regional NSW
- Passionate about delivering great guest experiences

As an Area Manager (Multi-Site), you will be responsible for supporting and coaching 12+ Venue Managers within your portfolio to achieve sustainable financial, guest, team and business scorecard targets.
You will be a change agent, driving and embedding initiatives within venues, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to your team and the wider business.

Here’s a taste of what you can expect in the role:
- Develop venue leaders in your portfolio to build capability in the business
- Lead venue teams to adopt a guest first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experience
- Passionate about creating great pub experiences and can instil this focus in teams
- Educate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue.
- Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved results
- Actively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams.
- Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, gaming legislation, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS and trade practices.
- Frequent intrastate travel is required.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations across a broad range of communities
- Experience across all areas of the business - bars, food, accommodation, gaming, entertainment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insights
- Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skills
- Eligible to meet State licensing requirements (includes a probity check)
