Dynamic in nature, results-driven, and collaborative in approach, our team is one you'll be proud to be a part of. We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team in Shepparton.
About the Role
An integral part of our national brand, the Assistant Account Executive is responsible for the delivery of administrative support to our Relationship Managers.
Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:
- Processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements (that's insurance talk for reviewing new applications and making changes to existing policies)
- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers
- Following up clients, both by phone and email
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners
About You
You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience and adaptability will be a key contributor to your success in this role.
You excel in a team setting, collaborating towards shared objectives, and are motivated in your approach. You're known for your effective communication skills and the ability to confidently manage high volumes of work.
Bonus points if you're an administrative whiz with an interest or previous experience in insurance.
