Making hand stretched mozzarella to make Italian cheese using machinery and hand labour.
Making Burrata by hand requiring ability to manage both hot and cold water temperatures.
Packaging cheese and sorting in cold room for delivery.
Cleaning and disinfecting machines/equipment and factory post production.
Ability to work under pressure to meet target quantities for production by end of shift.
Good interpersonal skills to work within a small team of approx. 5 team members per shift.
Free parking available on site.
Shifts range between the hours of 5am-6pm (variable and negotiable depending on role).
Requiring Monday to Thursday availability.
***Position - requiring minimum 6 months commitment to this position as training takes up to 6 weeks. Permanent contract available.
