Assistant Chief Concierge
The Assistant Chief Concierge manages Concierge team members in order to provide special assistance and information about local area attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of choices and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction in line with Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.
What will I be doing?
As the Assistant Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Develop all luggage related procedures and ensure that they are well followed by the Concierge team.
- Responsible for the proper and efficient functioning of the Concierge section, maximising guests’ satisfaction.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery and collection of guests’ luggage.
- Supervise and guide Service Leaders - Concierge to ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure proper reception of Hilton Honors members as well as other customers at the airport on both arrival and departure.
- Give recommendations to hotel operations when opportunities arise to improve services, increase revenue or reduce costs.
- Ensure that all Concierge associates are up to grooming standards set by the Management.
- Thoroughly familiar with all emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all hotel employees and guests at all times.
- Set team goals in consultation with team members according to hotel / department goals, policies and practices.
- Maintain good personal presentation, adhering to hotel and Hilton standards.
- Ensure that all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
- Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
- Understand the local tourism culture and city profile to provide considerate service to guests.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What are we looking for?
An Assistant Chief Concierge serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour’s, skills, and values that follow:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level in Concierge operation.
- Fluent in English to meet business needs.
- Drive Hilton’s culture.
- Good character and ethics.
- Strictly obey the relevant laws and regulations, internal policies and implementations.
- Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, a good team player, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of decency, honest and reliable.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
- Hotel management experience preferred but not required.
