Officer of Ash Ambihaipahar MP, Member for Barton
Location: Kogarah Classification: Part Time - 2 - 3 days per week Electorate Officer Salary: $80,000
We are seeking expressions of interest for an Assistant Constituent Services Officer to join the Office of Ash Ambihaipahar MP, Member for Barton.
This role will cover the following duties:
- Answering incoming enquiries over the phone and in person
- Triaging and logging constituent enquiries and requests
- Drafting responses and supporting casework under guidance
- Assisting with mailouts and local community updates
- Supporting events, meetings and staffing the Member where required
- Performing other duties as needed in a collaborative team environment
We are looking for someone with:

- Good written communication skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn about advocacy and case management
- A willingness to learn and take on a range of administrative tasks
