Are you ready to take the next step in your facilities career? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team at a landmark office tower in the heart of the city. Working directly for one of our clients – ESR Group, Australia’s largest fund managers of industrial, logistics, and commercial real estate.
Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our client tenancies operate seamlessly. Whether you're a seasoned Facilities Coordinator or exploring a new career path, we’ll support your growth with comprehensive training and development tailored to your experience.
Here's a snapshot of your day;
- Deliver top-tier customer service and build trusted relationships with clients and tenants
- Oversee daily site operations including contractor coordination, work requests, and troubleshooting building issues
- Champion safety and sustainability, conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
- Manage contractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective maintenance and repairs
- Support budget management and help ensure efficient operation of all building systems

- Experience in facilities or a trade background is highly valued
