About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Industrial Relations (IR) Advisor to join our Workforce team. In this role, you will apply sound judgement and initiative to support the delivery of a wide range of industrial relations services that align with current and future organisational needs. Working closely with business leaders and line managers, you will help identify and achieve shared goals, contributing to a positive and accountable workplace culture.
As Assistant IR Advisor, you will play a key role in implementing workforce strategies and interventions across designated programs to drive continuous improvement and performance. You will collaborate with the Director of IR, Executives, and Senior Managers, supporting the achievement of strategic priorities for SA Government, SA Health, and Central Adelaide LHN. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to offer sound advice
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proven ability to build trust and work effectively with people at all levels
Understanding of administrative systems and public sector operations, ideally within SA Health
