McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production and packaging schedules
- Analyse sales forecasts and historical data to determine production requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure resource availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations
- Monitor inventory levels, minimise waste, and audit data for accuracy
- Support dispatch and transport operations, including route planning and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate production, packaging, and dispatch records
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management capabilities
- Confidence using a range of computer applications
- Previous experience in a production planning or logistics coordination role is desirable
