We are currently looking for an Assistant Photography Site Manager to join our SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium & Legoland Discovery Centre team!
THE ROLE
We are recruiting for an Assistant Photography Retail Manager to support with leading two of our photography operations to excellence. As an Assistant Manager you will support the Site Manager in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve site budgets and expected levels of site performance on a day to day basis. You will lead the team when the Site Manager is offsite to capture photos of our guest, produce quality photos in photo books and sell photo books to our guests whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience with a smile.
To be successful you will be a confident leader who is able to drive continued high performance and inspire the existing team to deliver results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
An outgoing, energetic work ethic.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or management experience
- Strong sales experience - you can sell fresh water to a salt water crocodile.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy environment
- Experience in the retail and/or customer service industries
- Bucket loads of initiative and problem solving abilities
- A well-groomed appearance
- Full availability to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
- You must be able to legally work in Australia to be considered.

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
