We are now seeking a passionate retail leader with the positivity to lead our team of energetic Boosties, in the position of Assistant Store Manager!
In your role, you will report directly to the Business Manager, driving the business forward and overseeing the success of your store. As an established customer service leader, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your vibrant team of Boosties, supporting them to be the best they can be, delivering positive customer experiences!
As an Assistant Store Manager, your role will involve –
- Motivating your team of Boosties to promote the Boost Values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Meeting the stores financial objectives.
- Grow and develop your team to be future leaders within the brand.
- Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels.
- Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Proven leadership experience either a fast-paced hospitality, or retail environment.
- Solid business acumen.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends.
- A profound focus on customer service and driven by results.
