Your Role
Our national statutory compensation management team brings deep expertise and a strong track record across both local and national matters.
We’re currently seeking an Associate to join our Melbourne team, focusing on statutory recovery claims. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll provide legal advice and representation in proceedings before the County Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of common law in Victoria, particularly in statutory recovery. We also welcome applicants with broader experience in insurance, personal injury litigation, or HR/IR.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking lawyers who:
- Are commercially astute and passionate about building a career in statutory compensation law
- Demonstrate strong client and file management skills, with a commitment to delivering technically sound advice promptly
- Show initiative and maturity in managing litigation files independently, with support from a mentor as needed
- Value collaboration and contribute positively to a supportive team culture
