KPMG is seeking a strategic, commercially minded marketing leader to join our Brand & Marketing team as Associate Director. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead integrated marketing programs that elevate KPMG’s brand, deepen client engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Your Opportunity
As Associate Director – Brand & Strategic Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across our Consulting, Industry and firmwide portfolios. You’ll translate divisional and sector strategies into market-facing programs that resonate with priority client segments and reflect KPMG’s unique value propositions.
You’ll partner closely with Alliance Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned to strategic priorities and enable Marketing Qualified Leads through the pipeline. You’ll also oversee key firmwide initiatives including Sponsorship and Recruitment marketing, managed by your direct reports.
This role is pivotal in connecting marketing strategy to commercial impact. You’ll guide a high-performing team, champion campaign excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

You are a senior marketing professional with deep expertise in B2B campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. You bring a strong commercial lens to marketing and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand, Campaigns, Communications or PR.
- Proven success in developing and delivering integrated B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of pipeline and lead management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and coaching for growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and facilitation capabilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
