About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support our property sales and rental campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and attract both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create and manage online content (including EDMs, social media, blogs, and web updates)
- Coordinate marketing materials, photography, videography, and signage for property listings
- Liaise with designers, external agencies, and media platforms to deliver timely campaigns
- Analyse marketing performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions
- Support brand development, public relations, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Relevant major, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience (real estate or property industry preferred)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Strong content writing, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) are highly regarded
Qualification Required:
Bachelor Degree or above in relevant major
Experience Requirement:
•at lest one year of relevant marketing work experience required for this role
•Working rights required for this role
•Expected salary: $78000-82000 per year
