What’s the role?
As an Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Service team, you’ll be the trusted contact for a portfolio of NBFI and Healthcare institutional clients, ensuring their banking experience is seamless, responsive, and tailored to their needs. Based in Sydney, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service across a range of transactional banking products. You’ll manage client enquiries, oversee service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how we support our clients. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex challenges, this role is for you.
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who’s client-focused, solutions-driven, and ready to make an impact. You’ll bring:
- Strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to client service.
- Experience supporting NBFI and Healthcare institutional clients, ideally across transactional banking, lending, or financial markets.
- Confidence in navigating complex enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and commercial awareness.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Solid understanding of banking systems, processes, and compliance standards.
