About the role
Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters
Sales and acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties
Residential and mixed-use developments, including strata and community titles
Property aspects of aged care, retirement, childcare, and social housing projects
Broader agribusiness and renewable project matters
About you
Strong transactional experience
Familiarity with development work and property-related agreements
A commercial and practical mindset to assist with negotiating complex agreements
Strong drafting skills
A collaborative approach and a team player mindset
