Join Our Team as an Automation Operator! (Moorebank)
We have a newly created permanent, full-time positions for Automation Operators to join our newly established team in Moorebank, Western Sydney.
- Schedule: Initially, roles will operate on a Monday to Friday day shift. This will transition to a 12-hour rotating shift roster at a later stage.

Your position.
In this role, you’ll help get our brand-new Automated Store Pick Warehouse ready for live operations. Your main focus will be making sure all the equipment is technically ready and the site is clean and safe for customer testing and handover.
Working closely with the Project and Service Teams, you’ll help prepare equipment like robots, ASRS systems, pallet conveyors, and other tools to ensure they run smoothly and reliably. This includes clearing out any leftover debris and keeping the environment controlled during final testing.
Your work will play a key part in making sure customer testing goes well and that the site is ready for long-term success as it moves into full operation.
Responsibilities:
- Always clean as you go to keep the area around machines safe and working well.
- Quickly clear any system blockages and work with the team to reduce delays.
- Record what caused the blockage in the system to help prevent it from happening again.
- Focus on fixing issues the right way the first time and look for ways to improve.
- Build good relationships with other teams and be a helpful contact for any questions.
- Use live dashboards to spot and fix slowdowns before they become bigger problems.
- Support the setup and testing of the system to make sure everything is ready to go live.
- Follow all safety rules, report hazards, and help keep the workplace safe for everyone.
