HGH Motor Group is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to become a part of our team within the Service Department as a Front-line Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have the following traits.
- Customer Service Experience
- Good Computer Literacy
- Ability to multi-task
- A teamwork mentality
- Administration & Organizational skills
- Current drivers license (with the ability to drive auto & manual vehicles)
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities
- Greeting & Servicing customers
- Invoicing customer paperwork (on the job training provided)
- Face to Face & Phone Inquires
- Supply General Advice / Quotations
- Follow-Up Customer Inquires
- Updating Customers on their services / repairs
- Booking customers in for service / repair work
- Organizing loan vehicles and ensuring current paperwork is completed.
