Your Mission
As part of the APAC leadership team, this newly established role - AVP, Client Success APAC, will lead a team of Client Success Executives (CSEs) to enhance client satisfaction, minimise attrition, and unlock expansion opportunities. You'll be at the forefront of strategic partnerships, ensuring that our solutions align seamlessly with client objectives and maximise client value.
What You Will Do
- Lead & inspire the CSE team to exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimise client attrition and maximise revenue growth through expansion opportunities.
- Serve as the primary advocate for client needs within Altera, ensuring that client feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Partner with Client Executives to craft and implement tailored client roadmaps.
- Track and analyse Net Promoter Score (NPS) to continuously improve client experiences.
- Ensure the CSE team is well-prepared for client-specific strategic reviews, showcasing the value of Altera solutions.
