To be successful to in this role you will have:
- Good knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and standards
- A desire for learning and gaining new skills
- Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethics, reliability and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene practices
Full availability across a 7 day rotating roster is required for this role.
