Back of House Manager – Glue Store, World Square
Join our dynamic team at Glue Store World Square as a Back of House Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our stock operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Processing & Replenishment: Efficiently process incoming stock deliveries and ensure timely replenishment of the sales floor to maintain optimal product availability.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure stock integrity through meticulous record-keeping and reporting.
• Commercial Decision Making: Collaborate with the management team to make informed decisions on stock allocation and product placement to drive sales and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train back of house Team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all stockroom operations adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse management within a retail environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift and move stock as required.
