What We're Looking For:
• You must have at least 1 years of retail management experience
• Knowledge on driving sales & delivering exceptional customer service
• Natural-born leader wo can inspire and motivate the team
• Passion for fashion & attention to detail
• Leadership, motivator, & aspirational attributes
• High level of written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks & overall expectations
• A love for the Glue brand & culture
• Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include:
• Lead by example & setting management expectations across your team
• Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
• Assist with roster management
• Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
• Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in a efficient and effective manner
• Proactive approach in loss prevention management
• Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
