Our people are our most important asset. With continued growth and demand, we are now seeking experienced Bakers to join our dynamic, quality-focused team at our modern bakery in Coburg North.
About the Role
This is a full-time position created due to significant and continued business growth. Reporting directly to the Head Baker, you will be part of a supportive team and contribute to producing consistent, high-quality artisan breads.
Key Duties (include but not limited to):
- Mixing doughs from scratch
- Dividing dough accurately and on time
- Hand moulding and shaping
- Baking and oven management
- General cleaning and maintaining bakery standards
About You
- Previous baking experience in artisan or wholesale production
- Strong knowledge of sourdough and traditional baking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
