What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven skills in baking - 1 year minimum. Formal qualifications are a bonus!
- Productivity: Ability to reproduce recipes and improve on productivity
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial baking environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
Your Role:
- Prepare high-quality, volume gluten free sweet & savoury bakery lines
- Follow recipes, using your experience in quality and production
- Maintain SQF hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure timely production and shift volume requirements while maintaining quality.
