Responsible for the following- start the pie making process in the mornings 4.00am start monday to friday 5days a week.
Running pie machine and other associate equipment operate ovens make pastry for pie making and sausage rolls cook proteins for each day clean down and reset, make pastry blocks must be mature and professional.
38 to 40 hours per week Monday To Friday

Cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
Various baking techniques and methods
Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule

- your main role is in the pie, sausage roll & pastie production of the bakery. we are looking for someone hands on and will require a good level of professionalism. you will need to be fit & healthy and a non smoker. monday to friday early start at 4.30am finish around midday day depending on the work and prep- monday to friday work week
- open the bakery to start the days production.
