Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead, train, and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure all client requirements and timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in banquet or event management within a hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
