Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
* Lead and supervise the team, including hiring, rostering, training, and conducting performance reviews
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency
* Monitor sales performance and analyse financial data to support business decisions
* Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the store
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts
* Plan and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer retention
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,900.00 – $93,517.89 per year
