We are one of Australia's largest independently owned fuel retail businesses with a strong presence in Victoria and New South Wales. Established in 1989 the organisation has spent over three decades focused on delivering quality fuel and consumer products with the highest standard of customer service.
We are searching for a self motivated, outstanding, customer centric individual to manage one of our new stores, due to open end of September 2025. To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, hands-on attitude and demonstrate initiative and determination to make things happen by delivering outstanding customer service and results.
Our Managers are our frontline experts, who have intimate knowledge of every part of site-level operations. They provide practical guidance and support on a daily basis, with a true sense of responsibility and care for their teams and the business. A positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond will see you thrive in our fast paced retail environment. This store offers a café with barista style coffee, so previous experience will be highly regarded.
No two days are the same in this industry so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.
To meet the demands of this challenging role you will have proven experience of at least 2+ years in Hospitality or Retail leadership. Previous experience in the petroleum industry is highly regarded, particularly with carwash experience. Previous barista experience will also be considered as favourable. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with customer focused store management experience to progress their career within an ever growing company.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving site sales, expenses, profitability and meeting KPIs.
- Adherence to strict store level accounting processes.
- Contributing to all aspects of site operations, including and not limited to; serving customers, merchandising and stock management, promotions and maintaining store standards.
- Motivating, training and developing site staff.
- Ordering and maintaining balanced stock levels.
- Managing staff planning and rostering.
