We’re looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment, manage a portfolio of, on average, 15–20 roles. Designing sourcing strategies that secure exceptional talent across technical, operational, and corporate functions.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and takes a proactive approach to finding the right people for the right roles, now and into the future.
Your Mission - What You'll Deliver
- End-to-end recruitment: Partner with hiring leaders to deliver the full recruitment life cycle, from job briefing to onboarding.
- Targeted sourcing: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies that reach diverse talent pools and suit each unique role type.
- Future focused talent pooling: Build and maintain strong talent pools for hard-to-fill positions and roles critical to future business needs.
- Market insights: Advise leaders on recruitment trends, candidate availability, and strategies for attracting talent to regional WA.
- Organisation & prioritisation: Manage competing priorities across multiple role types, keeping stakeholders informed and processes moving efficiently.
- Continuous improvement: Review and refine recruitment approaches to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- In-house TA experience: Extensive in-house TA experience. With proven success recruiting across technical, operational, and corporate roles, ideally within multiple industries.
- Proactive sourcing expertise: Skilled in using various channels to identify and engage talent, including for niche and challenging roles.
- Regional recruitment knowledge: Experience recruiting in regional WA will be highly regarded.
- Organisational excellence: Ability to confidently manage a busy portfolio of 15–20 vacancies at once.
- Stakeholder engagement: A strong communicator and trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech savvy approach: Comfortable using ATS and sourcing platforms to optimise recruitment outcomes.
