What You'll Do
As our Retail Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Oversee daily operations, stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert product recommendations
- Drive promotional activity and new product launches
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role (beauty industry a plus!)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Passion for hair and beauty products
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage KPIs
- Great communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
