About the Role:
As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in our gaming room
- Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policies
- Handling cash and payouts with accuracy and efficiency
- Operating gaming machines and assisting customers with troubleshooting
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area
- Supporting bar and TAB operations as required
As a Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed
- Take customer orders and handle payments efficiently
- Engage with patrons in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support team members during busy periods and events

What You Need:
✔ Valid RSA, RCG & ARCG (NSW) – Must-have to apply
✔ Previous gaming or hospitality experience highly regarded
✔ Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
✔ Ability to work a mixed roster (nights, weekends, and public holidays)
✔ A keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic
