As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the charge—someone who can deliver both elevated hospitality and operational excellence while crafting a truly memorable guest experience through every pour, garnish, and conversation.
The Opportunity
You will oversee the daily operations of our bar and beverage program, managing a high-performing team while championing sustainability, innovation, and service excellence. You’ll be hands-on in designing a seasonal, forward-thinking cocktail menu, driving profitability through smart systems and storytelling, and fostering a bar culture that is both vibrant and values-led.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and manage the bar team—including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development (we’ve done a lot of heavy lifting and have a great team already).
- Deliver consistently exceptional guest service in a high-energy, design-forward setting.
- Develop and design seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks, championing innovative mixology and sustainable ingredients.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including ordering, stock control, budgeting, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, costings, and sales performance.
- Work closely with culinary and marketing teams to drive cross-promotional events and beverage activations.
- Monitor bar P&L performance and develop strategies to increase revenue while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards while fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Proactively address guest feedback and create memorable moments with warmth and authenticity.
- Champion environmental stewardship through low-waste practices and mindful sourcing.
About You
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leadership role within high-end cocktail bar
- Deep knowledge of bar operations, stock and inventory systems, and premium beverage service.
- Passion for innovative mixology, seasonal sourcing, and experiential bar programming.
- A people-first leader who thrives in mentoring and motivating a passionate team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology, ordering systems, and financial reporting.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry compliance.
