Key responsibilities include
Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of beer, wine & spirits plus mixology, cocktail trends and batching cocktails.
Monitoring and managing the cost of goods and inventory to maximise profitability.
Implementing effective cost control measures without compromising on quality.
Leading and inspiring a small and diverse team.
Fostering a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional service and an elevated guest experience.
Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to streamline bar operations.
Optimising work flow to enhance efficiency and reduce wait times.
Analysing financial reports to assess the performance of the bar and make data-driven decisions.
Working closely with the management team to achieve financial targets.
Flexibility with rostering and full weekend availability
Experience & Requirements
Proven industry experience in high volume upscale venues
Exceptional product knowledge
Business, stock and inventory management acumen
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a large team
RSA
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Bar supervisor role
