Baristas and Customer Service Superstars!
BARISTAS: Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers?
Then this role is for you!
As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role you’ll have:
A minimum of 6 months Barista experience
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
Ability to work as a team – when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Will you wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride?

An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
