Neko Geelong is a Japanese/Asian fusion café located in central Geelong, serving specialty coffee, fluffy shokupan sandwiches, rice bowls, matcha treats, and more. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Café All-Rounder & Barista to join our front-of-house crew.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Serve customers with warmth and efficiency
- Run food, clear tables, and keep the café tidy
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a close-knit team during busy service
About You:
- Experience as a barista in a busy café (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art a bonus)
- Friendly, professional customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Punctual, dependable, and well-presented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Interest in Japanese or Asian food culture a bonus
