Nasser Retail Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at our location in Atherton, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and delivering exceptional customer service at our retro vibe Barron Valley Cafe.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks to our customers' specifications
- Preparing cafe food menu items
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised work station to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Restocking and maintaining equipment and supplies as needed
- Assisting with other café duties as required
What we're looking for
- A Certificate II or III and at least 2 years' experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café or coffee shop environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness t
- A passion for coffee and a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
