We are seeking a Supervisor Administration to lead a team of Administrators in safely executing administration activities at Brockman 4. You will mentor, coach, and develop the Administration team, which will ensure efficient and effective support across site.

Reporting to the Manager Operational Excellence, you will:
- Actively fostering and communicating a positive physical and psychological safety culture
- Lead, coach and develop the Administration team
- Organise and manage the execution of administration work
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing new strategies and processes
- Demonstrate excellence in teamwork, partnership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Provide appropriate coaching and technical support to site
- Provide effective and efficient administration support for Managers at the operation
- Support site initiatives and events as required
- Participate in business resilience activities as required
- Lead site rewards and recognition program aligned with standardised approach

- Exposure to administration and leadership will be advantageous but is not essential

Where you’ll be working
Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.
The Greater Brockman Operations consist of Brockman 2, Brockman 4, Nammuldi and Silvergrass. Driving the latest technological advancements, the open-pit mines offer an avenue for opportunity and career progression.
