Your new role
The Planning and Regulatory Services Support Services team are looking for an Administration Officer to join their team. This role is responsible for providing quality administrative support including first point of contact for customers, drafting and preparation of correspondence, assessment of applications for properly made, receipting, data entry, creating and maintaining work instructions as well as maintaining Pathway workflows and modules such as dog registration with a high level of accuracy.
This position will primarily provide support to the Local Laws unit (including the Animal Management Centre) but will assist at times the other units in the section being Health and Environment, Building, Plumbing and Compliance, Development Engineering and Development Assessment.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
