We’re looking for an Accounts and Administration Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of MACSEYE. Job Description
Support financial administration, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll using XeroAdminister purchasing systems and supplier accounts (e.g. Flexi Purchase, Coles, Woolworths)
Assist with BAS, PAYG, IAS, Workcover, and other regulatory lodgements
Contribute to month-end/year-end reporting and identify process improvements
Work collaboratively across teams, upholding MACSEYE’s values and Child Safeguarding standards
Qualifications
Experience in accounts and office administration; education sector (Kindergarten or OSHC) preferredProficiency in Xero, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical bookkeeping skills, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
