Position Summary:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistent quality by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including equipment cleaning and stocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee service and overall guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality beverages
