⭐️ About the Role:
As a cafe all-rounder, you'll be the heartbeat of our cafe – taking orders, preparing quality coffee, serving customers with a smile, and helping out wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make consistently high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
- Handle POS transactions and maintain cleanliness in the café
- Assist in food preparation and general café duties
- Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods
✅ About You:
- 1+ year barista experience in a fast-paced café
- Confident using commercial coffee machines and grinders
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (flexible shifts)
