About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas & Café All-Rounders to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about coffee, love creating a great customer experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
- Assist with food preparation and plating (breakfast & lunch items)
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and organised
- Support the team in all areas of daily operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not essential – training provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
