Best Start Facilitator
Permanent Part Time – 30.4 Hours per week
Band 6 Salary Range: $47.77 - $51.81 per hour plus 12% superannuation.

About the Role
As the Best Start Facilitator you will support and facilitate the Latrobe Best Start Partnership to achieve their identified outcomes for children in greatest need.
Other objectives of the role include:
- Build and facilitate effective working relationships between a range of senior cross government and community sector partners to secure the delivery of identified work priorities.
- Engage and network effectively with mainstream and Aboriginal services by building relationships.
- Review data, evidence and local knowledge with the partnership to identify key strategies and actions to respond to community needs.
- Support the implementation of Best Start ‘change idea’ initiatives utilising rapid action-reflection ‘Plan, Do, Study, Act’ cycle
About You
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A related tertiary qualification in a relevant field and demonstrated relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Understanding of Universal early year’s services.
- Ability to research, analyse data, and prepare reports and submissions.
- Proven experience in networking, coordinating and liaising with a wide range of service providers and other relevant bodies.
