Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial development to final submission.
Coordinate input from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate business submissions.
Proofread and edit documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements.
Monitor bid notifications and follow up on outcomes.
Continuously improve templates and bid collateral to maintain high-quality standards.
Assist with project-related tasks, including formatting reports, imagery, and diagrams.
Ensure all submissions meet industry standards and align with client expectations.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for producing high-quality bid submissions and supporting materials.
Experience in bid coordination, project management, or administration.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
