Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial development to final submission.

  • Coordinate input from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate business submissions.

  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements.

  • Monitor bid notifications and follow up on outcomes.

  • Continuously improve templates and bid collateral to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Assist with project-related tasks, including formatting reports, imagery, and diagrams.

  • Ensure all submissions meet industry standards and align with client expectations.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for producing high-quality bid submissions and supporting materials.

  • Experience in bid coordination, project management, or administration.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
