Duties
- Manage the end-to-end booking process while ensuring high service standards.
- Oversee the Bookings Team, enhancing efficiency and boosting conversion rates.
- Foster excellent client relationships and implement retention strategies.
- Deliver insightful reporting and performance tracking to drive decision-making.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, bookings, or sales administration leadership.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or education/resources sectors.
- Familiarity with contract management and pricing strategies.
- Ability to analyse sales and service performance data for continuous growth.
