Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including following up on customer payments and managing collections.
- Prepare and manage invoices in compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of fundamental accounting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
