We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-focused Bottle Shop Attendants to join our team across three iconic Stradbroke Island locations. If you’re passionate about great service, love chatting about drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Provide product knowledge and drink recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process sales accurately via our POS system (cash, credit, and debit)
- Ensure all alcohol sales comply with liquor licensing laws and age restrictions
- Receive and unpack deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of stock
- Restock shelves and maintain clean, well-presented displays
- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the manager
- Keep the store clean, organised, and safe for staff and customers
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labelled
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Set up and maintain promotional displays
- Share information about current deals and promotions with customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally allowed to sell alcohol (RSA certificate required)
- Flexibility to work across different locations and weekends/holidays
