As authorised distributors of top-tier brands including Yale, Hyster, Manitou, Dingli, Karcher, and JLG, we provide customised solutions that meet diverse customer needs. We're now looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused Branch Coordinator to join our Wagga Wagga team.

Your day-to-day:

You'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our Wagga Wagga branch through high-level administration, rental coordination, and service scheduling.

Tasks will include:
  • Managing rental contracts, service logs, and customer communications.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end rental process—from enquiry to equipment delivery and pickup.
  • Coordinating equipment servicing and liaising with technicians to ensure minimal customer downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate reports and documentation aligned with branch activities.
  • Providing outstanding front-line support to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Here's what it takes:
  • Proven experience in admin or coordination roles (customer service or operations preferred)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service
  • Experience in rental/service industries is a bonus, but not essential
